What began as a modest 300-square-foot townhouse has grown into a resale powerhouse, now boasting four boutique locations across Toronto and Vancouver, a recent pop-up at Holt Renfrew in Calgary, and a thriving online store connecting style-conscious shoppers nationwide.
As the luxury resale movement continues to surge, Mine & Yours remains at the forefront of a more sustainable fashion future. According to Trendex data reported by Retail Insider, resale apparel has been the fastest-growing segment in Canada’s fashion market for the past three years — a shift Mine & Yours has helped pioneer.
To commemorate its milestone year, the brand is hosting anniversary events on October 22 at its Yorkville boutique and October 23 at its Davie Street location. Guests can enjoy refreshments, a live DJ, and 12% off storewide (some exclusions apply). The centerpiece of the celebrations: a 2019 Hermès M8 Gris Asphalte Taurillon Novillo Leather Birkin 30 GHW, valued at $28,500, displayed in a glass case for all to admire.
The coveted Birkin is also the grand prize in Mine & Yours’ 12th Anniversary Giveaway — Canada’s biggest luxury giveaway to date. Running from October 14 to November 14, 2025, the contest is open to everyone who completes the entry requirements on the brand’s Instagram, @mineandyoursco.
