Flamingo Estate has always had a way of making everyday rituals feel a little more magical, and their latest Seasonal Subscription Box takes that idea literally.
In celebration of Practical Magic 2, Flamingo Estate has unveiled the latest edition of its Seasonal Subscription Box, this time inspired by old magic, plant rituals and the beautifully witchy atmosphere that made the original film a cult favourite.

Flamingo Estate describes it as a box of “everyday alchemy”: ten objects, ten rituals and ten invitations to cross a threshold. And the more you get into what’s actually inside, the more you realize just how carefully thought out it is.
For the collection, Flamingo Estate brought together what it calls its “trusted coven”: Carla Schwiderski, Blanca Carreño, Annee de Mamiel, Donna Bayliss, Goth Shakira and Spellbound Sky. They come from different worlds, from herbalism and healing to astrology, fragrance and farming, but each has built a practice around plants, materials, energy and ritual.

There’s also a personal connection to the film. Flamingo Estate founder Richard Christiansen created the box as a tribute to Practical Magic 2, which is produced by his great friend Denise Di Novi. Di Novi also produced the original 1998 film.
Each object in the box centres around ideas like protection, intuition, rest, desire, courage, clearing and change. If you’re into manifestation, intention-setting or simply creating little rituals for yourself, there’s something genuinely appealing about the entire concept.

The Mandrake Candle is perhaps the most immediately Practical Magic-coded piece. Created as a tribute to the Owens sisters, it blends Cedarwood, smoke, warm Clove and spiced resin. There’s also a Midnight Woods Pillow Mist made with Donna Bayliss’s farm-grown Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Clove and Cedarwood, plus a Fennel, Vanilla, Liquorice & Shiso Soap handmade by Blanca Carreño in Flamingo Estate’s apothecary.
One of the real standouts, though, is the Oracle Card deck created by artist and astrologer Goth Shakira. The beautiful 22-card set pairs ancient herbs with sacred asteroids and is meant to help you tap into your own intuition. It also comes with a companion codex to help you interpret each card after you pull it. The idea is to ask a question, shuffle the deck, choose the card that catches your eye and see what comes up. It’s also just an incredibly beautiful object in its own right.

Healer Carla Schwiderski created two of the box’s more ritual-focused pieces: a Field Protection Flower Essence made from ten solarized Brazilian flower essences and a Luxor Copper Symbol based on sacred Egyptian geometry. Schwiderski has become a close friend of Christiansen and has worked with Flamingo Estate for years, bringing an even more personal element to her contributions.
Then there’s Feelixir by Annee de Mamiel, a blend of Rosewood, Jasmine, Mandarin, Grapefruit, Pink Pepper and Neroli that is infused in singing bowls with powdered crystal. Mugwort Ritual Clearing Wands from Spellbound Sky are designed around the idea of clearing out what no longer belongs, while Blanca Carreño’s Love Bomb Oaxacan Drinking Chocolates draw from her family’s ancestral preparation with Cacao, spices, Chile and Vanilla.

A set of oversized Fire Matches completes the ten-piece collection.
Part of what makes the box feel so special is the amount of intention behind it. Flamingo Estate’s ingredients are carefully grown, harvested, distilled and infused, sometimes with what the brand jokingly calls “almost unreasonable care.” Nothing feels like it was added simply to fill space.

That attention to ritual also feels especially fitting for Practical Magic.
The original film arrived in 1998, starring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as sisters Sally and Gillian Owens. Nearly three decades later, it remains a cult favourite, especially once fall rolls around. And, of course, it’s hard to hear the words Practical Magic without immediately wanting to make midnight margaritas.

Bullock and Kidman will both return for Practical Magic 2, which hits theatres across North America on September 11, 2026.
So, if you’re already planning a rewatch before the Owens sisters return, Flamingo Estate has more than handled the atmosphere. Light the candle, pull an oracle card, set an intention and see where the night takes you.
The Seasonal Subscription Box is $310 USD, or $275 USD with a subscription, and will be available until mid-October or while supplies last.
With Practical Magic 2 arriving in September, the timing couldn’t be better.
Consider your fall witch era officially underway.
