The colorway of the Field Standard is inspired, purely and simply, by the British outdoors. With each color carefully selected from British Standard Colours, it’s a thoroughly patriotic take on our natural habitat. The dial is a deep Forest Green; bold, simple, yet serving as a perfect base for the contrasting tones of the sandy second hand, hour and minute markers, the stainless steel hour and minute hands, the pop of red at the tip of the second hand, and the crisp white numerals.
Each striking in its own right, the elements come together to form the overall impression that the Field Standard is an instrument rather than an object; compass-like, completely at home in the great outdoors.
