Customizable in Whiskey type, colour, and size, this rugged band is made for Whiskey connoisseurs and ambassadors worldwide. Inspired by the Whiskey making process bottling Scotlands rarest Whiskey’s let the talented Smith family take you from distillation to arm piece in impeccable style.
Growing up in Whiskey Country, the Smith family tradition is to take an annual distillery tour. Brothers Kirk Smith, the craftsman, and his brother Arran, the jewelry maker, accompanied by dad George, brother-in-law Shaun, and baby brother Kyelan were always impressed with the process. Still, they were left wanting more from the gift shop. Putting their expertise together, the brothers have come up with the one item that can fully encompass the distillery experience. After starting a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2019, these bracelets have taken off in Scotland and received outstanding feedback across the pond.
Whiskey is produced in a 5 stage process, each directly linked to the manner of your bracelet. The sturdy bracelet weave emulates barley’s pattern from which the Whiskey making process starts. Malting, mashing, and fermentation of the starchy grain release the soluble sugars necessary to make alcohol. The resulting wash is distilled in a copper still, which is the best material for extracting impurities from the spirit. The ends of your Whiskey Wear bracelet are also hand-forged copper cases, which resemble these distillery stills. The final stage of making Whiskey is storage in the cask. In this way, it’s only fitting the copper metal ends patina as the bracelet ages with you. During maturation, flavours of spirit and wood cask combine, giving the Whiskey its own characteristic flavour and aroma. The round clear vile holding the warm amber glow of your favourite malt resembles the ageing process.
The strap is made from supreme full-grain Nappa leather and could not be any more masculine. The Whiskey Wear bracelet comes in black and brown and is 8mm thick with a rugged deep weave inspired by the barley grain your favourite Whiskey comes from. The German-made and sourced leather straps are smooth and supple against your skin for ultimate comfort. The strap comes in a wide variety of sizes, from XS to XL. It is mouldable to the shape of your wrist, therefore guaranteed to fit you perfectly. The copper encases the chamber, which contains your chosen Whiskey. Different ages of single malt and blends, including Johnnie Walker, Macallan, Chivas, Bell’s, Balantines, Glenfiddich, Jack Daniel’s and more, are available for you to choose from. You can even send a sample of your own brew in for encasing. The copper ends are
embossed with initials, which are highlighted through golden Whiskey, adding a distinctive final touch.
