River Oaks

River Oaks is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Houston, Texas. The neighborhood contains a diverse mix of homes and businesses that have been carefully developed over the years.

There are many amenities in the area, such as River Oaks Shopping Center, River Oaks Country Club, and highly rated public schools. River Oaks has been named one of America’s 100 best neighborhoods by Forbes magazine.

West University Place

West University Place has a rich history that dates back to 1912 when it was originally dubbed as “West University” after its location on the west side of the Buffalo Bayou. It has always been a great place for students and professionals alike, making it one of the top neighborhoods in Houston.

Although West University is mostly known for its large number of restaurants and shops, you can also find some great apartments here, as well as, some lower prices than those in Montrose or Heights.
