Avi Grondin can best be described as a serial entrepreneur. Starting at a young age, Grondin created three successful businesses of his own and turned them into huge moneymakers.
During the first year of each business that he started, Grondin got them earning more than six figures in revenue. The key to his success was educating himself in digital marketing. He went on the internet and found every free educational resource that he could in order to teach himself about digital marketing. YouTube was his favourite place to go because there were hundreds of free tutorial videos on marketing that he could watch and learn from. As a result, Grondin gained the necessary skillset which allowed him to build multiple successful businesses. Then he took these same skills and started teaching them to other entrepreneurs who wanted to build successful businesses too.
Grondin learned how to think outside the box and come up with his own innovative marketing strategies. For instance, whenever he would study a specific concept about digital marketing, he would modify that concept into a unique and more effective marketing idea of his own. This is a creative skill which he uses to this day, especially with his clients. He has come up with unique marketing ideas for businesses across several different industries, such as entertainment, technology, e-commerce, food & beverage, hospitality, and real estate.
When Grondin was a freshman at a university, that was the year when he started his first business venture. He named the business “Vinicci Valet.” By the end of that year, the business became a great success with over 25 valet parking employees that were actually a lot older than he was. When he turned 20 years old, he decided to sell Vinicci Valet and use the money from that sale to finance another new business venture, Variance Marketing. This was an online marketing agency which helped other businesses with their marketing initiatives and revenue growth.
Meanwhile, Grondin was still a full-time university student. But this didn’t stop him from turning Variance Marketing into a six-figure company in just under 7 months. Grondin continues to run Variance Marketing as its Chief Executive Officer to this very day. He just loves helping other entrepreneurs get ahead in their lives.
Grondin was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine on two separate occasions because of his determination at such a young age. He loves helping all types of people achieve more out of life, whether it’s a newbie entrepreneur or an already successful one.
Grondin is excited to start his new upcoming venture, which is an “Instagramable” cocktail lounge in the heart of downtown Toronto. Not only that, but he is a TEDx speaker, with talks around the topics of entrepreneurship, mindset, social media, and marketing strategy.
